I tried uploading a vector graphic to /s/test, which brings up this error:

We might have hit an iceberg
If the problem persists do contact us.

svg upload isn't supported (for security reasons)

Only jpg, png, gif

That's good enough for now.

But in future, you might consider SVG support. Not urgent of course.
