This is not a matter I would normally bring up to my DeviantArt account(s), but I will remind all of you on my stance regarding this. AI art is not art. It is a disgrace to the creative process that art was built upon, and those who support it are lonely idiots who decided it was a better idea to fuck over artists than to actually try and have some form of creative talent. It is utterly soulless. There is no talent being put into AI art, it’s just corporate slop. AI artists are not artists, they’re techies who want everything to be handed to them on a silver platter. AI “art” cannot exist without proper source material, and thus it cannot have any form of creativity beyond what it already knows. Once you try to generate something that is out of the AI’s database, it’s over for you. And let’s not ignore the fact that AI is still bad at text and hands. Why? Because artificial intelligence does not really know what it is doing, so it is incapable of putting any real form of humanity
