Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein's key accusers, has died by suicide at the age of 41, her family confirmed in a statement. Virginia Giuffre was married to Australian Robert Giuffre in 2002, and together they had three children: two sons, Christian and Noah, and one daughter, Emily. Her death, which came just days after she was involved in a car accident, was confirmed by the family in a statement issued to NBC News.
"It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia," the statement read "She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking. “In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight."
Giuffre was the mother of three children: two sons, Christian and Noah, and a daughter, Emily. Her family described them as “the light of her life.” As of early 2025, her children were teenagers, and her daughter was 14 years old, as per a report in People. Further details about the whereabouts of their children are not known.
Giuffre has been married to Robert Giuffre since 2022 and the couple has purchased a 1,9 million home in Ocean Reef in Australia. However, her recent Instagram posts indicated that there might have been a separation between the couple, although there was no official confirmation of the same.
Back on March 22, 2025, shortly after her accident, she wrote on Instagram how she misses her children and claimed that "they have been poisoned with lies." However, she did not indicate if her husband and the father of her children, Robert, is responsible.
