Apr 23: Ming Guang Zhu was arrested and three others were taken into custody by ICE during a raid on a large marijuana grow operation in Pawnee County by Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Drug Enforcement Administration and several other state agencies. 91,206 marijuana plants and 2,099 pounds of marijuana ready for sale on the black market were seized.
The investigation is ongoing and they could make more arrests.
