You are actively dismantling checks and balances and spitting on the foundational documents you swore to uphold. Let me remind you: Declaration of Independence (1776): “…whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…” The Federalist Papers – No. 28 (Alexander Hamilton): “If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense…” Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.” These aren’t metaphors. These are literal safeguards against the exact kind of tyranny you’re participating in—where judges are arrested for not aligning with your political goals and executive powers are weaponized against dissent. Unlike the cosplay militia crowd that wears guns as accessories, people who understand the law also understand what it looks like when constitutional safeguards are exhausted—and what comes next. You are not above the Constitution. Neither is Trump. If you insist on governing like tyrants, don’t be surprised when the people start invoking the very documents you pretend to revere—because they weren’t written for your convenience.
