I greatly enjoyed this book and I feel that the stories contained within are nice companions to Doyle's canon. I have read and re-read Doyle's 60 short stories and 4 novels and am always eager to find Holmes pastiches that resemble Doyle's incarnations. I don't much care for the recent modernizations of Holmes, nor even the Robert Downey Jr. films that although entertaining, little resemble Doyle's Holmes. The three stories in this volume remain true to Doyle's characters and the mysteries are both clever and plausible.
