EXPERIENCE May 2019 - June 2020 Home Goods Sales Associate This began my journey in stocking and customer service, I experienced every department between guiding customers in customer service, handling money in cashiering, stocking in the sales floor, and lastly transporting into the warehouse/truck. June 2020 - July 2021 Burlington Customer Service Associate This strictly furthered my customer service skills. (Cashier and returns/Customer Service) July 2021 - November 2022 Old Navy Lead Associate Launched my career in management as a lead associate, while specifically working in sales to sell credit cards, loyalty programs, etc. As well as working alongside managers and gaining their same duties in watching over the store, money handling, customer service situations, and more. December 2022 - July 2023 Tommy Hilfiger Sales Lead Specialist
Felt a need for change in my career, so turned into a lead associate in presentation. Specifically in stocking, restock, shrinkage/shortage control, etc. July 2023 - May 2024 Sams Club Member Specialist Lead Promotion into retail assistant management assisting my team leads, fellow associates, and members with concerns, along with home office fixings, as well as carrying weights, customer service/invoices, handling money, selling credits, and Memberships, etc. May 2024 - Present Publix Cashier Associate A great opportunity to possibly work in my study field opened, which in turn has built more knowledge on my already present experience and to gain more experience on that opportunity.
