On April 22, Switzerland will celebrate its Expo National Day with a one-of-a-kind artistic
performance in collaboration with HEAD – Geneva. For this very special day, the
Swiss Pavilion will present “My Name is Heidi”, an immersive fashion show that combines
design with cinema. Based on an innovative approach, the work gives a contemporary
twist to the traditional figure of Heidi – a timeless symbol of Swiss culture.
The official ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. The second and third performances will follow
at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively. All three events will be open to the public, in the
Expo National Day Hall.
