Meggie (OC designed for InstChan7999)

Meggie is a shy, introverted but caring girl who can also detach her head from her body like a dullahan. She came from a universe where humans and all creatures have multi-chromatic skin colors, which is why her skin color is green. Her favorite hobby includes reading books, listening to music and play videogames.

NOTE: This OC is designed and made for @InstChan7999, who wanted me to make a dullahan OC with an inspiration of Meggy Spletzer from SMG4.
