5 people — Gangtie Li, Xiu Yu Li, Qunying Sun, Xtao Zhou Wang (possibly Xiao Zhou Wang) and Yu Jiao Zou — were arrested during a raid on a marijuana grow facility in Ponca City, Oklahoma, on April 9; 11,269 plants and 477 pounds of processed marijuana were seized.
The five were charged with aggravated manufacturing of marijuana and trafficking of a controlled substance.
Investigators found Qunying Sun had clothing that appears to be consistent with uniforms of the 
PLA.
