Performance
A charge point model's performance score is calculated once a day by averaging its latest available uptime, charge success, and user satisfaction rates. The model with the highest 30-day rolling average is ranked first. The lower the rolling average, the further down the list it ranks.
Charge success
Charge success is the percentage of sessions that result in a successful energy transfer to a vehicle. This is calculated daily.
Satisfaction
Drivers can report their satisfaction with the latest charge session directly in the Monta app. It is based on a scale of 1 to 5 and then converted to an average percentage. This is calculated daily.
Uptime
A charge point’s uptime rate tells drivers and hardware manufacturers how often a specific model is available for service. This is calculated daily.
