Daniel Rendon, Art for book#2 and beyond
Yes I am a Cat! Just don' tell it to my dog! I was born on February 6. I have always been an avid reader, so I think it's only natural that I found comics fascinating. I just love how comics merge both writing and drawing, how they let you experiment new paths, but most important they give you the opportunity to create your own worlds and share them with others!

"The Hardy Boys", a reliable adventure detective series for generations of American grade school boys, has been reimagined into the 21st century in graphic novel format, with new storylines. "Hyde & Shriek" is the sixth installment in the series.

Brothers Frank and Joe Hardy, working undercover for ATAC (American Teens Against Crime), are sent into a New York City theme restaurant, which is rigged as a house of mechanical and special effects horrors. Their job is to protect the young and beautiful daughter of a foreign ambassador from an unidentified assassin. It turns out the house of horrors is filled with potential suspects and more than a few exotic and lethal mysteries.

"Hyde & Shriek" is highly recommended as a fun and exciting recreation of the Hardy Boys, designed to appeal to the latest generation of readers. Older fans of the series may or may not be enthralled by the update.
