A wonderfully fresh take on the Jekyll-Hyde character, as seen (primarily) through the eyes of a detective who (reluctantly) enlists his help on a strange case. Gritty but true to character. (There are scenes of violence, drug use, and a risque party, so children obviously shouldn't be reading this.) Still, it was a delightful little gem, part mystery and part character study, with a couple of nifty plot twists.
