      No mention of immigration levels, TFW's, foreign policy nothing. I think I'm not even voting. Seems like both parties are just doubling down on small changes that are not going to bring about any change lets be honest. We need a more aggressive plan than either of those presented here. Why immigration that has caused one of the worst housing crises on earth, stagnating wages and rising unemployment is not even mentioned is absolutely jaw dropping for me. We are approaching 10% unemplyoment in Toronto, population growth outstrips job growth EVERY SINGLE MONTH.

      The CONS/Reform basically don't have a climate change policy. Their policy appears to be to eliminate all climate change policies already in place and that they want to approve all future green initiatives. (Translation from CONS/Reform speak - we will not approve any green initiatives.)

      Sorry CONS/Reform and PP lovers, climate change is real and we are paying for the consequences already. Just ask the residents of Fort Mac, Jasper, Lytton and High River. Our insurance rates are going up due to climate change. Our grocery prices are going up due to the droughts, floods, hurricanes and tornados caused by climate change. The provincial Conservative Governments of NB and NS have initiated a $650M project on the Chignecto Isthmus to protect it from rising sea levels. https://www.canada.ca/en/housing-infrastructure-communities/news/2025/03/protecting-the-chignecto-isthmus-against-climate-change.html

      People say why should Canada deal with climate change when larger countries aren't? Well some large countries like, believe it or not, China are. They are ahead of Canada on Green initiatives.

      The EU is initiating a carbon-based tariff on steel and aluminum so they are forcing countries to do something about climate change. https://www.reuters.com/business/environment/eu-launches-first-phase-worlds-first-carbon-border-tariff-2023-09-30/

      Climate change says "You can pay me now or pay me later!". The CONS/Reform are ignoring the engine light that is burning brightly!

      Getting rid of the "Consumer" carbon tax does NOT mean that the liberals will get rid of the Carbon Tax. They may have temporarily taken it off at gas stations, home electricity and heating fuel just for show during the election, but for decades now Carney has been preaching all around the world that Carbon Taxes are essential. He also has clearly stated that he thinks Canada’s Carbon Tax should be much higher. In his leadership campaign, he clearly said that he will keep trudeau’s industrial Carbon Tax and will make it higher to make up for the amount that the liberals don't take directly from consumers. This just means that the liberals plan to hide the Carbon Tax from consumers but it will still be built in to the price of EVERYTHING. Furthermore, Carney said that he will impose a Carbon Tariff on imports from all countries that don’t have Carbon Taxes that meet his standards. This means virtually ALL countries, Canadians will pay these import tariffs. Most recently Carney said that he won’t get rid of the No-More Pipelines Act and will keep the Emission Cap on Canada’s industries. He’s said “Maybe as much as half of oil reserves, proven oil reserves need to stay in the ground” and 80% of Canada’s should stay in the ground.

      The liberals love Taxes and hate Canada’s vital petroleum industry. Carney and the liberals are treating Canadians as stupid by gas-lighting us and playing word games while they plan to implement their veiled agendas.

      Ten years ago;

      -young people had a chance at home ownership or at least able to secure affordable rent.

      - hard drugs were illegal and the crime rate lower.

      - you could find a family doctor and not expect to sit in the ER of a hospital for several hours before seeing one.

      - you never had a government telling you to be ashamed of our history .

      - foreign election interference wasn't the norm.

      - never had a government that would convince many that a tax can change our climate.

      - never had a government that would suspend your constitutional rights for taking a stand against tyrants .
