As someone with RHF (resting homicide face), I understand why she doesn't look happy. I'm uncomfortable in front of the camera but I always make sure to tell the stylists it's just my face and tip them well for their work to show appreciation. Not smiling doesn't equal rude personality. Great work on the color and process!

This is the hairdresser i need in my life ! Just sick of going to the salon to lightening up my hair and it was just like 1-2 shades lighter and i had to keep coming back to them my hair wasn’t even close to blonde. Waste of $$ and time.

It’s amazing!How can 1time bleaching come out color is very light?at least I must do 3times bleaching then my customer hair will come out like ur,(all of mine are Asian),oh my god,please show me how to do it,u only bleaching 1time with 6vol,my every time 9vol
