A failure occurred in the equipment controlling ETC at an interchange (hereafter referred to as "IC") managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited between Sunday, April 6th and Monday, April 7th.
We sincerely apologize to our customers, including those using Expressway, for the inconvenience caused.
Customers who continued to pass through the toll gate where the ETC failure was occurring are asked to pay their tolls online.
