Message from a professional: Do not go back to that stylist.. she did the whole process completely incorrect and it looked very uneven in the end. You are supposed to start with the midshaft & ends, and then do the roots last. DOESNT matter if youre using a lower volume for the roots. And DO NOT BLEACH TWICE in one day. Yikes. Not to mention she was trying to speed it up with a blowdryer... Do not put heat when there is bleach on scalp, and heat from a blowdryer like that will not hit the hair evenly when its all twisted up in a processing cap. Not to mention putting heat on it after bleaching twice in one day. Double yikes.

1. Bleaching the roots first should be a crime. 2. Very dark hair should have multiple sessions before reaching levels 8 to 10 3. This bleach job looks so blotchy.

Um, nope, that hairdresser is not good, please don't ever return with her and please anyone who has dark hair and want platinum hair don't ever do it the same day, just google it, bleach dark hair is a slow work so any hairdresser who do it in a 1 or 2 sessions is wrong and is frying your hair.
