The space
Located in the prime area of Logan Square, you can experience the city's pulse right at your doorstep. Enjoy serene walks and active outings with just a half-block stroll to the beautiful Boulevard Park, and explore the 606 Trail, a mere 3 blocks away, perfect for walking and biking enthusiasts. Conveniently situated less than half a mile from the Blue Line train station, our location provides easy access to O'Hare Airport and Downtown Chicago. Nearby Divvy bike rentals are available for you to explore the area on two wheels, and don't miss the local flavors at the Farmers Market, a neighborhood highlight available seasonally.

Step into a world of retreat and leisure with hardwood floors and abundant natural light in our sophisticated living space. The living room features a 55" Smart TV with streaming apps and a comfy Queen-Size Memory Foam PULL-OUT Sofa Bed for relaxation. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, equipped with queen-size beds, TVs with Rokus, and extra blankets in the closets.

Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware and cutlery for six, along with a microwave, toaster oven, gas range, dishwasher and coffee maker for your culinary needs. Refresh in our cozy bathroom, complete with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Unwind on the front balcony with two chairs, offering a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or evening wine.

Stay connected and entertained with high-speed WiFi, perfect for streaming, work or browsing. TVs with access to streaming apps are in each bedroom, ensuring entertainment for everyone. Ample free street parking is available for your convenience.

Other things to note
Please respect our no smoking and no lit candles policy inside the apartment for everyone's safety. For your security, cameras are installed at both entrances. While the backyard is currently under construction and not available, you do have full access to the charming front balcony. Feel free to message and inquire further, always willing to negotiate!

We loved staying here! It was lovely and very clean! Loved the closets, and it had a few games and neat books. It’s in a great location. The neighborhood was pretty, it’s near Palmer Square park and it felt very safe. There were a lots of people going for walks in the neighborhood. We hope to stay here again!

Responsive host and check-in was easy. Full size truck parking was not an issue. Nice place and neighborhood with plenty of coffee, restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to train. We enjoyed the stay!
