Jenny was tired and grumpy the next day. She couldn't go back to sleep after she read that letter. It wasn't there before she went to bed. She was sure of it. She locked her door when she went in, it was second nature to her. How could someone get into her bedroom? It was break, and Jenny was thankful for it. She was supposed to go visit Haylee at AMDA. Two hours of sleep, a hour and a half flight, and airport security. It wasn't exactly her day. She sat waiting for her flight, nursing a Monster Energy drink. She had to stay awake. She didn't want to have that dream again. She heard her flight call, and grabbed her luggage. "Ticket." The steward asked when she arrived at the gate. "Ma'am are you okay?" The steward asked her. She nodded, "Yeah, just didn't get very much sleep last night." She said waving him off. "Here you go ma'am, have a nice trip." Jenny took her ticket and walked onto the plane.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we are going to be landing in New York in five minutes, please prepare for landing." The pilot said over the com. Jenny clicked her seat belt, and looked out the window. She looked for the landing strip, and just a few moments later, there it was. She felt the plane angle slightly down. She closed her eyes, feeling to jolt of the plane landing. She quickly grabbed her bags and made it out the door before anyone else. She waited by the belt for the luggage to start coming out. Hers wasn't the first one out, but it was close to it. She quickly grabbed it, and looked for Haylee. "Jenny! Jenny! Over here!" She heard a familiar voice call. She turned and saw Haylee was already running over to her. Jenny caught her in a hug. "Oof! Hello to you too!" Jenny said. "Sorry!" Haylee said pulling away. "It's just I haven't seen you for so long!" Jenny laughed. "I'm happy to see you, too." Jenny let a yawn slip. "Are you tired?" Hayleed asked. "Jenny nodded, "Yeah, I didn't get much sleep last night." She yawned again, "But I'll tell you about it on the way."
"Wow? Like he wanted you to kill me, kill me?" Jenny nodded. "Yeah, but I don't think I could if my life depended on it. You're too good of a friend." Haylee smiled as they pulled up to the hotel Jenny was staying at for her visit. Haylee and her decided to share a room, that way it would be like a vacation for both of them. "I already checked us in." Haylee told Jenny. Jenny smiled. "You are always one step ahead of me. I wouldn't know what to do without you." Jenny told Haylee. "Oh, I don't know, shrivel up and die." They both laughed as they made their was down the hallway their bedroom was located.
Haylee opened the door, letting Jenny enter first. "This is going to be a-" Jenny stopped mid-sentence. "Jenifer Jessica Jekyll. It's nice to finally meet you." He had a British accent, but didn't talk modernly. More gentlemanly than anything. "Who are you?" Jenny asked. "I'm your great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. Doctor Henry Jekyll." Jenny felt light headed as her eyes rolled back into her skull, and she fell to the floor.
