Haylee crashed on her bed. Another long night of performing. Tonight was the last night. She dialed Jenny's number but got no answer. Unable to sleep with her normal ease she set up her playlist. Most of the songs were by Anthony Warlow. One of her favorite 'lullabies' started playing. "Race you to the top of the morning..." the soft tenor poured from the speakers. When she woke up the next morning after finishing her classes for the day she rushed to the auditorium. "We have a new project!" the director announced. She pulled out a music book. Haylee recognized the cover. It was Frank Wildhorn's musical "Jekyll & Hyde" she sighed. Although she loved the musical it was like high school all over again. Yeah, so her last name was Hyde, couldn't people get over it. Auditions were later that day and Haylee knew what part she wanted even if she was a soprano and the part she wanted was made for a belter, she had learned a lot since coming to AMDA and had confidence that she could pull it off, and she knew just what song she was going to sing.

Call backs were posted. Haylee skimmed quickly down the list as other people crowded around. If she didn't hurry she would pass out. The joys of being claustrophobic. THERE! "Haylee Hyde" right there on the list. She was to go in again tomorrow. That night she danced around her room singing "Alive" from from Jekyll & Hyde but exchanging 'Edward' for 'Haylee' that was one of the perks of having the same last name as a literary and musical figure. She took off her earrings and went to set then on dresser, when she noticed a thick envelope. She admired it, as she would anything old fashioned. she noticed it was sealed with wax, the stamp was decorated with a beaker and a dagger, similar to one she had. She opened it. On it were written three words:
Trust No One .
