Sylvain possesses good awareness and distribution skills, picking his head up, looking spread field, and playing through balls. Strong and tall, winning the ball off him is easier said than done, using his stature to hold opposition players or to bully his way through them. He is very aware, knowing when its best to go and step up and when to just stay back and hold the defensive line.
