Bill Ackman Becomes Chairman of Bremont After Lifting Stake

Bill Ackman has become non-executive chairman of Bremont Watch Co. after boosting his stake in the privately-held UK business.

The billionaire founder of Pershing Square Capital Management detailed his increased role at the 23-year-old watch company in a lengthy post on X, where he disclosed that affiliates of his and a trust that he recently established now own 63% of the luxury timepiece company.
