Returns Policy (Domestic)

If you have not used the product, you can return it for any reason up until the day after the product is expected to arrive (if you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 700 yen handling fee).
*Items purchased in-store, items with the Bracelet Watches or holes made in the strap, or items with protective stickers removed, or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Delivery and store sales (Domestic)

We can ship your order on the same day at the earliest (it may take some time to confirm your payment method). You can also specify the delivery date and time. Please specify when placing your order.
Please visit our Shibuya main store to check and purchase products in our physical store. All products are in Availability at our Shibuya main store.

Payment Method (Domestic)

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card, or shopping loan. If you would like to pay in installments, we recommend using a shopping loan (an interest-free campaign is currently underway).
*Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount is 500,000 JPY (Tax incl.) or more.

Watch bracelet size adjustment

We will adjust the size of Watches bracelets and leather straps for free. If you would like to have the Bracelet adjusted when ordering by mail order, please enter the actual wrist size of the wearer. If you bring it to Shibuya Showroom (Main Store), we will adjust it on the spot.
*If the length is not enough, you will need to purchase additional links from the manufacturer or replace the belt.

Waterproof performance

If a Watches is water resistant to less than 10 atmospheres, water may get inside the Watches if it is subjected to strong water or air pressure. For marine sports, a water resistance of 20 atmospheres or more is required.
Models manufactured before 2000 and classic models manufactured after that do not maintain the water resistance stated on the Watches due to aging and structural reasons. Please be more careful when using them near water than with current products.

International Shipping (Out of Japan)

We can’t export crocodile and alligator leather straps because it is restricted by Washington Convention (CITES). If the watch comes on crocodile or alligator leather strap, it will only be sent to buyers in Japan. International customers, strap will not be included. We only ship the watch, buckle and spring bars.
*Shipping and insurance charges are to be taken care by purchasers.

Notes

• As this item is sold in stores, it may have already been sold.
• Leather strap products may have a different color than the leather strap shown in the images. Please contact us before ordering.
• Due to changes in manufacturer specifications, the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown. Also, the color of the product may differ from the product photo depending on the viewing device.
• We may refuse to accept multiple purchases of the same product.
• Even if the Quartz Watches is New, it may have a trial battery. If the battery runs out during the warranty period, we will replace the battery free of charge.
• Materials that have been surface treated, such as PVD, may fade or peel with use. The main material of the case is listed in the Material column of the Watches .
• Products without major defects are not noted. (Vintage items excluded)
