Reporters from Thai newspaper Thairath found that suspicious employees of the 
company building the collapsed State Audit Office of Thailand office tower — presumably the Thai unit of CREC 10 — were transporting more than 20 files of construction documents for the 30-story building over the Bang Sue Central Station wall, loading them into a pickup truck and driving away to the back. This presumably took place on Saturday, one day after the earthquakes hit.
