Featured on Mar 26, 2025 at 4:26 PM: KiwiFlare will no longer issue auth tokens to IPs from the UK. British users will need to use a VPN or Tor to continue accessing the site.

If you are from the UK and are not seeing this, it is because you already have a token. Once it expires (i.e. your next KiwiFlare page), you will see it.

The large social media sites this bill was written in mind to target aren't based in the UK and have enough money and power to simply tell Ofcom to fuck off.
And when they do (if they decide it would be more expensive to comply with this insanity than move), they're taking their assets and jobs with them.

Say what you like about our elected idiots, but the First Amendment is still strong. And also say what you like about the current composition of the Supreme Court, but its current First Amendment positions are as rock solid as they have been in decades.

The main real danger currently is Section 230.
The 1st has been further strengthened against foreign laws (read: BONGS) by the SPEECH act. They can quite literally cope and seethe and there is NOTHING they can fucking do about it.
