NekoBot is my discord bot. Woah.

NekoBot is a discord bot with too many useless commands.
She was written in discord.py, with... commands.ext. I'm sorry.
NekoBotBeta is her rewrite, written in discord.py, without commands.ext.
(I prefer NekoBotBeta over NekoBot.)

NekoBot is currently being rewritten.
The rewrite is called NekoBotBeta, which will have more commands, and less "joke" commands.
