So I dug up an old sickfic of mine that I never posted and never finished and picked out one scene in particular that I liked the idea of. It’s a little out of context at the moment but I might, some day, give it a proper beginning, edit it up a bit and post it on my AO3.

Guess who’s back (back again)! After an eternity of silence not only am I back with the Vampire AU, but I also have a shiny new beta reader (@hekyll-jekyll) so you don’t have to endure my terribly edited writing anymore! Don’t worry if it takes a little longer for future chapters from here on out since I’m much busier these days.

I once went to a doctor for hip pain, she proceeded to lay me down and stretch my legs all kinds of ways, going “wow you’re so flexible, I guess you’re fine”. I’m hypermobile.

a hairdresser once got legitimately aggrieved with me because my hair follicles are densely packed (as though if she frowned hard enough I’d relent and space them out properly?)
I have freckles on my feet, which seemed to a delight the pedicurist taking care of me. “That’s a charm!”
1. as a nurse I’m delighted and unsurprised by how many of these are medical professionals, we’re a weird fuckin breed (and I’ve definitely said somebody’s veins were juicy before sorry world)
2. I had a tiny little old lady i was taking care of tell me my eyebrows were beautiful and to NEVER PLUCK THEM, she was SO INTENSE about making sure I didn’t alter my eyebrows lol

2. I have been told TWICE in my life that I have a cute bellybutton. For real, I feel like fucking Steven Universe over here!
3. I have been told that “the bump in my nose is beautiful!” Now at that point I never realized I have a bump, and apparently nobody else did. So that day in theater when I was told this EVERYONE came rushing over to look.
