Werewolves I feel definitely couldn't transform if they're dead. Like I feel the whole transformation process is very dependent on having living cells and a living body in order to work
I dont think a church grim would remember though, they're dead and get a bunch of cool powers and tend to act a certain way. If a church grim could remember I feel like they would be trying to leave or wouldn't do their job properly. Then again who knows, I doubt theres anything written on if they remember or not. Poor Jekyll if he does remember though, poor lodgers if he doesn't
Interesting! From what I can tell usually beliefs lead to that animals have no soul? So either turning into a church grim gives a small fragment of soul. Or far more likely, I guess it was believed animals do have souls just lesser? And dying would remove half. It doesn't really matter her either way.
In the normal zombie au, Jekyll doesn't fully die because of Hj7 nonsense, it's why hyde isn't in the au as it took everything to force Jekyll back. So if Jekyll becomes a grim I'd assume death would just pluck away one chunk of his pre-split soul, with that chunk being Hyde because otherwise this'd be a zombie werewolf church grim Hyde au
I dont think that could be done, it seems very out there to make a whole new body/find one (that looks human, not something like creature) And I dont think a human could last without a full soul. Yeah Jekyll's is "split" but both pieces are still in the same spot. If his half soul was taken out of the grim he'd simply die
I think they could only sorta half heal him, if he became a church grim then making him anything else would probably kill him. Idk how they could go about making him capable of turning him back into a human form but that's the most likely scenario that can happen for your want of Jekyll returning to "life" somehow

Ok. So. Horses are good swimmers. Fishes are good swimmers. Humans are good swimmers. But... That thing... Seems so... Messy? It doesn't feel like they are very agile or very fast. A shark could probably use them as a quick and easy snack, although they surely are much faster in water than on land. On land... Well, good luck trying to use two horse legs to drag your entire fish spine over the floor.
I would add wings. And giant ram horns. For extra effect I might as well add more fish tails, just to be an ass and because I don't think any amount of mythical or supernatural power is going to help them when they have wings when trying to swim through water, as well as have to keep giant horns in check. Basically he makes dead things come alive with the study of lightning. Corpses? Dead materials/bacteria? Things that weren’t even alive in the first place? Nothing is safe in the hands of Cederic. So, he is french! He was born and raised in France with his twin sister Cassandra up until the death of their father, by the time they were twenty. From there on out they travelled around Europe, had a brief stop in America and to which Cederic soon would return to Europa alone, ten years later. He hears about the Society for Arcane sciences and realizes that… Hey… There is a whole club of mad scientists like him! Of course he has to go and check it out! He travels to London, probably almost gets arrested at some point, begs and pleads to the officer to show him to the Society and the Scotland yard gets so tired of his shit that they just drag him there and dumps him in the hands of Dr. Jekyll, who is thoroughly confused by the entire thing. Cederic joins the Society sometime before the actual plot of TGS and gets a warm welcome by the other Lodgers, although he immediately gets close to Sinnett and Luckett, two fellow mad men, pyromaniacs and probably the maddest out of the bunch. Cederic also has a ghost cat named Adelaide-Antoniette, named after Marie-Antoniette because he is french and he is extra like that. He can communicate with said ghost cat, however, no one else can see her and the other Lodgers often find Cederic talking and ranting and quoting Hamlet to himself, but he actually is just talking to his dead cat. Maijabi is probably the only one who knows the truth but he thinks its fun that the other Lodgers think that Cederic is mad and doesn’t really tell them.Please do ask me questions about him! Can be both about the Original Cederic or Lodger Cederic, I’m much more pleased with his character than the O’Jekylls, so, yeah. As a sorta way to make people think Jekyll and his rogue scientists are bad(It was pure coincidence they had Jekyll turn into this plays version of Hyde btw, they didn't actually know about Jekyll's experiment)To anyone besides Jekyll, the play doesn't seem to associate with him at all! they just picked him because he was a really popular/well known scientist. Maybe Frankenstein makes a few jabs at him for being in a play instead of doing science, but I dont think she can really accuse him of being self absorbed. (And the main character of the play isn't actually called 'Jekyll' he's just referred to by a name, strikingly similar to 'Henry Jekyll' revealed a bit after Jekyll accepts the role)#While the play was most intentionally vaguely based on Jekyll. Jekyll had no part in making it#and was simply offered the role. General Victorian era and the 1930's I'd say are my favorites so?? If the Victorian era my preferred job would be nothing and I simply inherited riches, living the life alone and far away, obscure to history and having pet rats, named Steven and Chuck E Cheese. If I was in the 1930s I'd be a successful radio host who disappeared under mysterious circumstances3: My aesthetic would be steampunk, A fancy Victorian suit, Darlene, or Plague Doctor, depending on the day. I study fungus and have a collection of pet "Zombie Bugs" all of whom I make continuous puns about being a "fun guy". I would like Doddle, Griffin, Jasper, Lavender, Mosley, and Flowers to be my friends. I would also like to be Maijabi's friend but as cool as his room looks I am easily frightened and unsettled, I do however steal his monkey4: Jekyll can mimic Hyde's voice perfectly! And vice versa. Tgs Jekyll hasn't slept since creating Hyde, so, in over a year, Hyde is a being of adrenaline and turning he cannot sleep, the body is reset so sleep isnt "necessary" but with how he's not been turning into Hyde recently, the lack of sleep is something he has to worry about now 5: ooo hmmm, Jasper?
