4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

5. If you select KakaoTalk channel, please enter a searchable and registered KakaoTalk ID in the ID box,*not your email address*.

6. Please make sure that the ID you are applying for is set to Allow. We are not responsible for any problems that occur if you do not allow to add friends or cannot register with the messenger information you provided.

1. The event will be conducted with the video call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)

- Event progress may be restricted if the channel ID you submitted and the applicant's mobile phone number do not match.

2. The artist and winners will have a 1:1 video call, and the video call will end after the appointed time.

3. We will send you a message confirming the event 1 day before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.

4. If we try to connect more than twice in your order during the video call, we will contact once more in the last order. If you are not connected to the additional contact, you will not be able to participate in the event.

5. When the winner does not terminate the video call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.

6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.

7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)

8. The identification process may be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.

* It cannot be verified by any other ID cards than the ID card below, and can only be verified by a physical ID with a photo attached. (NO photos, scan images, etc.)

- Korean: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, and youth card (student card is accepted only by minors in Korea, and other winners cannot be verified except for the ID cards mentioned)

* This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Please kindly apply only if you can participate in the event site.

1. All-seats are designated and seats will be assigned by the winners themselves (by a draw) after identifying on site. You can't enter after the event starts, so please arrive at the event on time.

2. There is no separate waiting place for the fan signing event because of the social distancing in Corona 19. Please enter immediately after we check the winners and distribute number tickets.

3. You can buy it by proxy. However, only the person who applied for the signing event can participate. If you transfer the ticket for the signing event, you will have to leave from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist.

4. The identification process is carried out before entering. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.

* If the winner's identity is not confirmed due to not presenting an ID and such, please note that the winner will not be allowed to participate in the event.

* We can't check your ID by any means other than the identification cards below and we can only check it with the physical ID card with your photo attached. (We can't check it with the photo of ID card, scanned image, copy of your residence register, or an abstract of the census register.)

- Korean(Minors 14 years and up) : Middle/high school student ID card, passport, national accreditation certificate with your date of birth marked

- Koreans (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport

◆ Guidelines for the face-to-face fan signing event 

1. Please write [TO.] (Korean or English) on a post-it and attach it to the signing paper. (TO is available in Korean and English! only)

2. In the event of fraudulent situations such as transferring or selling the number ticket, it may be difficult to participate in any subsequent YOUNITE events.

3. Filming and voice recording are not possible when you get the autograph (waiting line or up for signature). If caught, you will be sent out.

4. A signing paper will be distributed when entering the fan signing event venue. You may only use this signing paper when receiving the autograph. (Not possible to cover as well. - album special item [photo card], phone case, personal belongings) If detected, the item will be collected and won't be returned.)

5. It is not possible to ask too much, personal questions about yourself or YOUNITE, or questions that may cause misunderstanding. (No request to delay the signing.)

6. You cannot contact the artist's face. If the outfit is damaged, stuffs like sticker, nametag cannot be attached.

7. For the smooth progress of the fan signing event, only one [TO.] / [signature] / [one post-it question] is allowed per member. (Modifier or PS is not allowed.)

8. Questions and answers can only be short-answer or multiple-choice through post-it notes. Please prepare the question post-its in the standard size (maximum 76mm x 76mm).

(If it is a picture instead of question, request or you ask for long answer, artists cannot reply.)

9. Aside from the writing utensil that is being used on-site, any other pens or markers cannot be requested to use for signing your album or writing your post-it answers.

10. You cannot deliver gifts to the artist. If you wish to deliver a letter to the artist, please hand it to the on-site staff or send it to the designated address. If letters or notes are inserted into fan sign props and given to the artist, they may be disposed of immediately upon discovery, and further measures will be taken by the on-site staff.

* You can prepare props like headbands. Please give them when it's your turn.

However, we will return all of the items after the fan signing event is end, and we will not be responsible for the loss of items that have not been taken at the designated return time.

(You cannot give flowers [real flowers, dry flowers], take-out drink, or food that is not packaged, and food that may go bad.) Please keep this in mind.)

11. The fan signing event prohibits SNS live broadcasting (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, African TV, etc.). If caught, you will be sent out.

12. If you drink alcohol, you can be banned from entering.

13. Please use appropriate titles and language when addressing the artist. Any behavior that threatens the artist, including shouting, or any actions that violate fan etiquette, may result in intervention or immediate removal by the on-site staff.

14. You can't move to other seats. If you are caught exchanging seats or moving, you will be sent out. Please keep this in mind.

15. Even if it is not indicated in the above, but if it is difficult to proceed smoothly, you may be banned or sent out in the situation on the site.

1. 1) Recommendation for Wearing Masks for All Attendees

All attendees are encouraged to wear masks after entering the venue (lobby, seating area).

• :The consumption of food, including water and beverages, is prohibited inside the venue (lobby, seating area, etc.).

• :Please use the hand sanitizers provided throughout the venue and wash your hands thoroughly with running water for at least 30 seconds.

[ Purchase and Participation Guidelines ]

1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application. (Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Mar. 27th (KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period(KST). Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)

2. This event is open to both applications and winnings. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event.

3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.

4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.

5. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on the host's situation.

MakeStar Limited Rewards are reserved production items that are confirmed during the pre-order period and enter production immediately after the end of the sale.

In case of missing or damaged items in the delivery, additional delivery or exchanges will only be available to those who report the issue within one week of receiving the item, with photos and an unboxing video confirming the condition. Please refer to the instructions below for recording your unboxing video and photos, and submit them through the "1:1 Inquiry" section on the MakeStar website.

   • - Record videos of all four sides of the box (front, back, and both sides) before opening.

   • - Record the packaging condition after opening the box.
