Hey there! As I mentioned briefly before- at the end of the current chapter of The Search for Henry Jekyll, I plan to take a hiatus of maybe 2-3 weeks to get some other things organized.
In the meantime, however, I’d like to do an opening for guest comics to be shown until I return.
- I’m interested in filling 8-10 guest comic slots
- One comic per person
- One page per comic (more can possibly be discussed)
- Revolves around the story and characters of The Search for Henry Jekyll
- Comics can be monocrome or color- sketches or lineart as the final submission will not be accepted.
- Nothing NSFW- try to stick with things that fit under a T+ rating
- DEADLINE FOR FINISHED COMICS IS MAY 20TH
- FIRST send me an e-mail with the idea/pitch for your comic
- Link/attach examples of your art
- Send this e-mail to tmproper@msn.com
- Please title your email “TSFHJ Guest Comic Pitch”
Once all this is done and approved, be sure to send me the comic through email and I’ll be posting all of them one by one after the 20th of May. I’ll be sure that every artist who is involved will have their name and any links to their work with their comic when it is posted.

Ok, I’m not really good at tutorials but I hope this helps.
The way I see it is that the foot is never flats and building it off of two shapes just gives you more to work with. A lot of it too is certainly practice and reference.

What is the schedule for the updates? Or do you just update when you can?
I basically update when I can, though it varies regarding my personal schedule and how long/difficult the update is. Currently, on average, it’s about every 8-9 days with three new pages.
However, one of my goals on The Search for Henry Jekyll Patreon is to officially have weekly updates. We’re actually over halfway there so hopefully we can be able to reach it soon.

An update so soon? Well, long story short the next pages work better together so this is a slightly sorter update. Hope that makes sense and catch you soon!

Oh, and before I forget, at the end of this chapter I’ll be taking a short, two week break from TSFHJ updates to do two things:
- Fix all the remain older pages that were lost when my computer crashed
- Finally get an official online store up and running
However, in the meantime, I would like to do something that I wanted to do for a long time and have some The Search for Henry Jekyll Guest Comics! Between this update and the next I’ll be sure to make an official post on Gabrielied about all this but just a heads up to people that might be interested in it.
Also, if necessary I’ll be sure to have some adjustments on Patreon to those Patrons that may be affected by this hiatus. Again, this’ll all be explained more later on.
