Hey there! As I mentioned briefly before- at the end of the current chapter of The Search for Henry Jekyll, I plan to take a hiatus of maybe 2-3 weeks to get some other things organized.
In the meantime, however, I’d like to do an opening for guest comics to be shown until I return.
- I’m interested in filling 8-10 guest comic slots
- One comic per person
- One page per comic (more can possibly be discussed)
- Revolves around the story and characters of The Search for Henry Jekyll
- Comics can be monocrome or color- sketches or lineart as the final submission will not be accepted.
- Nothing NSFW- try to stick with things that fit under a T+ rating
- DEADLINE FOR FINISHED COMICS IS JUNE 3RD
- FIRST send me an e-mail with the idea/pitch for your comic
- Link/attach examples of your art
- Send this e-mail to tmproper@msn.com
- Please title your email “TSFHJ Guest Comic Pitch”
Once all this is done and approved, be sure to send me the comic through email and I’ll be posting all of them one by one after the 3rd of June. I’ll be sure that every artist who is involved will have their name and any links to their work with their comic when it is posted.

It was fun going back to color again and I thought I’d try something new:
Basically, I had a flat layer of purple to be the darkest areas then added the lighter colors of each area on top (leaving some of the purple remaining on the edges). Usually I’m pretty tight with my art so it was rather fun to be more loose with the coloring on top.
