A rotten corrupt judicial & executive system is supported by rotten mindset of corrupt people

Collegium system, which appoints SC judges is a joke! It's a system introduced by British Raj. Till today, we follow the same system or carbon copy introduced by our colonial rulers.

People are corrupt that's why they vote for corrupt politicians and they don't have balls to protest against a corrupt judiciary.

Our people want some heinous crime to happen to conjure up their inner conscience, followed by public outrage. Rest of time, they are dead, impotent with no conscience and cognizance of corruption or crimes. This weakness of public is utilised by corrupt judiciary.

Why can't public protest against 40 lakh pending cases in our judiciary. Why can't they demand capital punishment for corrupt politicians who looted lakhs of crores.

This is the issue. Public won't protest unless they are paid. On the contrary, in the Western countries, public protests are a common thing. They take initiative and drive. They are patriotic!

What is your opinion on today’s encounter of Asad and Ghulam in Uttar Pradesh?
I won’t share my opinion here. Let me share my mother’s opinion about this matter. My mother is about 65. She isn’t educated enough to understand the legal system. From last few days whenever we tuned in to any news channel, it was showing Atiq Ahmed’s news. My mother asked us what was this hype all about. Varnan (my nephew) explained about the case to her. He explained that this fellow has over 100 cases on him & never got a punishment in any of them & have lately killed another important witness in his case. He was operating from jail. My mother responded saying “Such people should be shot dead”. Not just my mother but any mother or grandmother would say the same. Ghulam’s mother has refused to receive the body of the gangster. She has said that Yogi has done the right thing. Do you know why my mother said that such people should be shot dead? Why didn’t she say that such people should be put behind the bars forever? Because throughout her life she has heard that our judicial system is the biggest joke. She has always heard that criminals enjoy a luxury lifestyle in jail. She has seen many news wherein extortion rackets are being run by prisoners. She knows that criminals have no fear of law. Almost all Indians are very happy about this encounter except those who have put a religious bandage on their eyes. I am astonished by the fact that Asad has garnered so much of support on social media inspite of being clearly visible in the video shooting at Umesh Pal. Almost everything has improved in India in last few years except the judicial system & minds of those who always support criminals. Judges are so much in their comfort zone that they do not want the judicial system to be touched to make any improvements. Cases are piling up while they take Suo Moto Cognisance of the unnecessary cases on priority. In short, people are happy about this encounter because they know that if those gangsters would have been arrested, our dead judicial system would have been unable to deliver justice. Political parties would have supported the gangster & would have possibly made him an MLA or MP once they would have been voted in power. So, Adityanath Yogi had two options, either let Asad become a Member of Parliament in future on SP, Congress, AIMIM or BSP ticket or eliminate him & save the lives of many who would have been killed for being witnesses of his crimes. I am waiting for a large crowd to gather in Asad’s funeral. After all a section of our society has a habit of glorifying the criminals. Yogi has done the right thing. I stand with him while he does this illegal act of killing deadly criminals. More to go. Indian government had spent 1.47 crore rupees on Ajmal Kasab in 4 years. I am happy that our money wasn’t wasted on Asad. Thanks for reading, Rahul Sharma PS : There are reports about Atiq Ahmed’s confession that he was in constant touch with ISI & terror groups such as Laskar-e-Tayyaba. He used to help them drop weapons on Indian soil in Punjab which were later supplied to terror groups in J&K. But a section of our society is feeling bad for he being treated badly by Yogi Government.
