if he actually found guilty and removed, would there be any criminal proceedings ? and what's the merit of the in house investigation ? Will the findings be made public ? are they empowered to remove a sitting HC Judge ? and pending the results of inquiry, how one can still hold on to his position as a Judge and take up cases in a different High Court ?

'The National Judicial appointment commission(NJAC) bill' 2014-15: the bill which was once passed by both houses of parliament and endorsed by 16 state legislative councils but repelled (for their convenience) by supreme court must be reintroduced. The appointment of Judges including supreme court judges should be in a democratic way based on competitive assessments and verifications and not by the recommendations by the collegium favouring their kith and kins . A lot of allegations are already there in air that some of favoritism taking place in this process and hence the judges compel to remain thankful to 'some people'. The alleged Judge must be kept away from his duties until and unless he is found not guilty . It is mockery to see this judge is getting transferred to his own home town Allahabad..!! ...Punishment or convenience ..? "Caesar's wife too must be above suspicion"

The legislation governing moral code of conduct of Judges, Justices, IAS, IPS, Allied, government officers and ministers must be more stricter and no escape for offenders. It has become a joke that every other day IAS, Judges, Magistrates, IPS are caught red handed and the legal proceedings carry on for decades and they draw salary, incentives and get on with the job making a mockery of justice system. Why aren't they sent to jail 👮🚓 or get a third degree treatment and confiscation of all unlawful wealth? If any questions are raised against the moral code of conduct against a judge ️, it becomes a case of Criminal contempt. An IAS(DM) of a district enters a PS and brutally trashes a boy (like a mafia) for posting comments of Facebook along with his wife is allowed to continue the duty of DM of that particular district!!! What is this society? What sort of system have we developed? People in power are getting away doing just about anything, delayed justice, mockery of Constitution?
