The selection and appointment of judges including supreme court judges should be done by democratic way with clear cut guide lines and competitivenes. The system of appointment of judges by collegium must be abolished. The court repelled "judocial appointment committee bill to be re introduced"

Nowhere it is mentioned that :- *How much cash was recovered ? *Who is having custody of recovered cash ? *Which date the fire incident took place ? *Whether recovery was informed to Income Tax deptt ? *Whether police was informed about recovery of cash by the Fire Deptt ?

If any other government employee is caught, he will be immediately suspended, and arrested with FIR. For a judge a simple transfer where he can continue his business. Shame!

Now the legal system is also corrupted to the core. few examples, of DMK Loots 2 G case, Maran brothers loot in BSNL, Ponmudi case, Senthil balaji case, Durai murugan sand loot and so on soforth. No actions on them. Jayalalitha case was verdicted by Kumarasamy before retirement, is that a right decision. If they continue like this, People will react badly. Delayed justice is an injustice.

All in this system are thiefs. He should be immediately arrested and put in normal jail. Transfer is not a punishment. If Transfer is the punishment then any other officer who is caught with cash should also be transferred.
