It's things you can do to 'clean up' the money. You can do some creative accounting to legitimize the money thru a business, among other things. Like the mob, The Klan has a lot of businesses. When M met Nik her dads clubs were struggling. He has the dirt on her fam committing insurance fraud. He gave her some game and they were able to use the other clubs to run girls out of.
