Previously I posted proof that the janitor is James. Now I'll talk about James' past before that time,and the trauma he suffered. This will be a very long post,with proof and a lot of things to back it up, and many hidden details that most of you missed. *SA is mentioned* (1/?)

Inspecting Mary's photo at specific spots in the game makes it damaged and dirty. So far I know it's possible while facing Mary's body in the backseat, turning your back to the NG+ tombstone, facing the hole in the Saul st apartment, and turning your back to the director's desk.

The boiler in Brookhaven has a website written on it, if you go to the website it's a just a screenshot of the boiler with Mira's model spinning, and clicking on Mira plays random inventory sounds

James' corpse that Eddie shoots before the fight is fresh, but his other corpses in the room look like they are a few days old and decomposing. (All corpses in the game are James except for the ones in the morgue after the labyrinth. That's another man). #silenthill #SilentHill2

I got the weirdest bug ever

Everything was normal during the cutscene where Maria is dead, but after it ended I turned around and she was like this. Gave me a heart attack

Mary, Maria, Eddie and Laura all have something really disproportional about them. Mary & Maria have very short middle fingers, Eddie has a very short nose and severe underbite,Laura has very long arms.James and Angela are the only characters without some kind of abnormality.Why?

This cutscene isn't what it seems. Angela hears footsteps and notices someone watching them behind the fence. She recognizes that person and talks to them and panics. The footsteps and rustle of clothes are heard by disabling music and ambience. #SilentHill #silenthill2

The game files confirm that the "janitor" in #SH2R is James. Notice the asset names in the screenshots. Also here's an unused note from back when he met Mary. The Saul st. filthy apartment is his, from his memories. Note this bc I will talk about something else soon. #silenthill

The room where James finds Laura in the hospital had a much bigger and different role in an earlier version of the story,and it was called "the playpen". The devs have left "bits and pieces" of its original purpose inside,perhaps as an extra layer of storytelling (1/?)

James stays angry for some time after attacking and his face twitches. According to neuropsychology, the way he looks downwards left & right and blinks frequently means that he's having a flashback that makes him angry and he's talking inside his head. #SilentHill #silenthill2

The inventory background is James killing Mary from the OG game's videotape. Each health state shows a different edit of it, and the sound changes slightly.(See the OG at the end of the video) I assumed new fans don't know this, and maybe some old fans hadn't noticed. #silenthill

James' hands tremble when he interacts with the red squares. Whatever it is that he sees/hears in them terrifies him. And for some reason he has a little bit of a beer belly while saving the game
