Panic-full and Panic-base data log and phone keeps restarting on its own

Can anyone help me with, why my phone keeps restarting on its own? It has a “panic-full and panic-base” log data. When analysed, there is a “bug-type 210” I am currently using iPhone 13 pro max with 256gb

Same here. I am using iPhone 13 Pro.

Yes, got it fixed by replacing the mother board. That’s the only solution. You are saved if you are still under warranty or under apple care.
