Apparently there were other ads from the same product line, but those are in Japanese and definitely not the same vocalist as it's a real Japanese song instead of a commissioned jingle.

So, it's probably just commissioned for this particular ad like you said. But what a jingle. Deserves a full album release.

There is no doubt that the singer is singing "Eolia", among other words. So this could be a song specially made for this commercial or they took a pre-existing song with the same title, which is possible, since Eolia is a female name:
