Description
Many people launch podcast but most fail to grow their audience. You start off strong with people listening to your first couple of episodes but then your show stalls. The number of downloads falls off. No matter what you do, it seems that you can't drive more traffic to your show.
And the traffic you are getting - those people who actually do download your episodes - are not returning to listen to other episodes. In fact, many just listen to the first few minutes and then stop listening.
So how do you stop the 'churn' and get people to stay with your podcast and listen to the full episode - and then listen to more episodes?
How do you engage your audience so that they feel like they are part of your show - not merely an outsider listening in?
In this course you'll learn tried and true methods that help to build loyal audiences. People love your podcast and what to come back and listen to your next episodes.
These are the 'raving fans' that are the backbone of a successful podcast.
You'll learn easy-to-implement methods that professional podcast hosts, broadcasters and talk show hosts use to establish raport with guests and with their audience.

It went straight to the point and gave tips that should be obvious but aren't, and when they are, we forget. I like the fact that it wasn't a long course with filler information but right on point.

Thanks Ms. Jane! I'd have some questions after listening the masterclass 2 timesquestion 1: I do podcasts about self-development and self-growth. it is an exposition model, not interview. Could you recommend me any good communicator for me to see their techniques for me to understand better how to be a good host?question 2: do you recommend any books or material about triggers?question 3 Do you recommend any material on how to change people's idea without making them reluctant or scaried to change (that happens sometimes to me in my show, i'd like to avoid it)Thanks in advance!

Hi Iracilda, Thank you so much for your 5-star review! I greatly appreciate it - and I am so happy that you found the course useful. I am happy to answer all of your questions. (1) First, could you explain what you mean by "exposition model"? Do you mean a podcast when there is no guest - instead the host is talking about a topic or sharing their opinion? Please clarify so that I can provide the best answer to your question. (2) I am looking for material on this for you. Give me a few days to research. (3) One way to 'challenge' people's idea's is as follows: After a person makes a statement or point, ask them 'why do feel that way'? Or you could say "That's an interesting point of view. Could you go a little deeper on why you feel that way?" For example, if I say "The sky is red." You might want to say "That's really interesting. I've always seen the sky as being blue. What might I be overlooking? or Is it possible that the sky appears to be a different color depending upon where you live? or If, as you are saying, the sky is red why do you think so many people see it as being blue?" So you're asking them to further explain/justify their point of view - without being confrontational.
