How to use stainless steel pan.
Step 1 heat pan. Make sure its on high durring heating
Step 2. Turn heat down to 6 and add oil (or butter)
Step 3. Make sure pan is coated evenly. Making sure to get the sides.
Step 4 drain exsess oil into a storrage container for reuse.
Now cook.
