が以前に BOOTH.PM によって許可されているにもかかわらず、再び製品の掲載を削除したことをお知らせします。
BOOTH より最近この問題について通知を受けました。製品が取り下げられた理由については説明されておらず、単に製品が取り下げられ、BOOTH からは製品を掲載しないよう協力を求められています。当社の製品が第三者の製品の著作権や知的財産を侵害していないことを改めて申し上げます。Mio3io はそうではないと主張していますが、当社には第三者の著作権侵害が理由で製品が取り下げられたことを示す証拠が保存されています。
Mio3io の弁護士は、当社 [Rayleonard] が製品を自らオンラインに戻したと述べていますが、BOOTH はページの再公開をロックすることができます。BOOTH も制限を解除した当事者であり、許可を受けたため製品を再公開できると [Rayleonard] に伝えました。
BOOTH は、Mio3io から許可を得て合意書を確認した後に、Rayleonard に再度製品を公開する許可を与えました。
Mio3io と Mio3io の弁護士とのやり取りは非常に非専門的で、毒性があり、信頼性に欠け、あらゆる点で非現実的でした。Mio3io の弁護士と Mio3io の非常に不合理な要求に同意したにもかかわらず、彼らは引き続き不合理な要求で私のショップを悩ませ、私たちが行っていないことについて私たちを非難し続けています。BOOTH はまた、Mio3io とその弁護士に対して異常なほどのえこひいきを示し、BOOTH 自身の規約を Mio3io の入札に合わせて曲げています。

We are writing to inform our users that has removed our product from listing again despite giving permission previously as stated by BOOTH.PM.
We were informed by BOOTH recently about this issue. We have not been told why the product has been taken down only that the product has been taken down and BOOTH requests our cooperation in not listing it. We like to reiterate that we do not infringe on the copyright of 3rd party products or their intellectual property. Mio3io claims that is not the case however we have evidence saved to show the reason the product was taken down was due to infringement of 3rd party copyrights.
Mio3io lawyer states that we [Rayleonard] enabled the product back online by ourselves however BOOTH can lock pages from being republished. BOOTH was also the party that lifted the restriction and told [Rayleonard] that the product can be republished because permission was received to republish the product.
BOOTH gave Rayleonard permission to publish the product again after obtaining permission from Mio3io and checking the agreement.
Dealing with both Mio3io and Mio3io lawyer has been extremely unprofessional, toxic, unreliable, and unrealistic in every regard. Despite agreeing to extremely unreasonable requests by both Mio3io lawyer and Mio3io they continue to harass my shop for unreasonable requests and blaming us for things we have not done. BOOTH has also consistently shown abnormal favoritism to Mio3io and Mio3io lawyers bending BOOTH own terms and conditions to Mio3io bidding.
To say I'm sick and tired of this is an understatement. This issue has been dragging on for more than a year, and appeasing Mio3io in any way does not work. Nothing is done professionally and both Lawyer and Client have lied consistently about each statement.
