The tables below provide information and tips for Surprise Guest interactions with Simeon.

Body parts include:
- head (hair)
- face (mouth/lips/cheeks)
- arms (hands)
- chest (body/wings)
There is no difference between left or right body parts.
Big heart actions are actions that gives 40 intimacy bonus points. They are marked with 💕.
Normal heart actions are actions that gives 20 intimacy bonus points.
Gifts are given after getting heart reactions for all three interactions. Gifts are only given 6 times per day (two each of AP x10, Grimm x1,000, Raven x1).
On the day of the Player's Birthday, every interaction (with the exception of item gifting) will result in big hearts.

The following tables list only gifts that will result in perfect/big heart interactions. Gifting items will always receive the same result for the same initial dialogue. However, because surprise guest interactions are a sequence of actions it is recommended to give items as the first action.

First interaction at "After putting so much effor into your lessons, itìs best that you get some sugar in you. I still have some of Luke's baking left over. Would you like to eat it together?" I give him Paradise Blue and got big hearts.
"I am pleased that I was able to bring you victory."
I'm not sure why, but after giving him a Paradise Blue for the first interaction, I only get small hearts for giving him a chest rub instead of a perfect interaction. (I think whenever I don't give Simeon an item on the first interaction, the chest rub on the second interaction results in a perfect interaction.)

That seems to be correct for me.
And yes, it also seems that giving him Paradise Blue/Chest Rub/??? gives big hearts then small hearts. Tried to nab a screenshot but was too late.
Edit: Paradise Blue, followed by HEAD RUB, gives big hearts. (If you do CHEST rub for third interaction, you get small hearts. If you do HEAD rub for third interaction, you get big hearts.)
I'm pretty sure if you do a head rub (maybe arm rub as well) on the third interaction using the Paradise-Blue-Chest-rub-sequence, it results in perfect hearts. Also, I'll see if I can send a video the next time I get Simeon's "I am pleased that I was able to bring you victory." sequence.

Ah shoot, I tried to replicate it but misremembered and gave him Paradise Blue on second interaction. I'll try again next time.

LOL I got all bad reactions on my first surprise guest with Simeon. Make sure to not do a face tap, head rub, and face tap.
His reactions were
1. "I don't know about being touched there."
2. "I wish you would of how I feel being poked like this."
3. "Just because I'm an angel doesn't mean I'm all forgiving."
