The tables below provide information and tips for Surprise Guest interactions with Asmodeus.
Info[]
Body parts include:
- head (hair)
- face (mouth/lips/cheeks)
- arms (hands)
- chest (body/wings)
There is no difference between left or right body parts.
Big heart actions are actions that gives 40 intimacy bonus points. They are marked with 💕.
Normal heart actions are actions that gives 20 intimacy bonus points.
Gifts are given after getting heart reactions for all three interactions. Gifts are only given 6 times per day (two each of AP x10, Grimm x1,000, Raven x1).
On the day of the Player's Birthday, every interaction (with the exception of item gifting) will result in big hearts.

I gave him tissues once bc I thought it would be funny, and he loved it, but I gave him more the next time and he wasn't happy it was weird

What do you mean by "broken?" The listed interactions/items all give hearts when used.

I got a 3 Star Sequence "Aren't you amazed by this beauty?" I gave a cupcake for the 1st interaction which gave big hearts. For the second interaction I got sweat after an arm tap which should have been an OK interaction. Since I got sweat on the 2nd I was unable to get big hearts for the arm rub on the 3rd interaction. Has anyone else had this issue? All of the other interaction recommendation for other characters all seem to work but I have has this issue with Asmo before.

The interactions for Surprise Guest work like interconnected chains. The listed interactions in the second column are only effective if you first choose one of the options in the first column.
Because your first interaction was giving him an item, this changes the effect of all interactions to follow. So that's why an arm tap gave you a sweat interaction instead of a heart.
Cupcake > Arm rub > Arm rub gives all big hearts. Asmo is so picky.

Just found these on the WIKI. Thank you for sharing these tips! I figured most out along the way, but never could get Asmo correct.
In the 3 star interaction after the High Five, shaking the device is a sparkle reaction. (So did the chest rub as third interaction, but that might just be a follow up problem.)
Thank you for pointing it out! I fixed the error. Seems like it's been misplaced for second interaction instead of the third one. (Sparkle or bad reactions mess up the rest, chest rub should give hearts otherwise.)
He is a little bit reluctant when it comes to giving high fives. So it is a little difficult to try out things.
When I could do:
High Five, Head rub, Chest rub
He gave hearts all three times. So everything is right with this interaction :)

Has anyone else experienced one wrong interaction messing up the entire sequence, and do you have any advice for how to proceed? Just now, I got the "Hm? Did you need something from me?" home screen interaction, and misread the first interaction as "head rub" instead of a tap. Afterwards, I only got stars for a face rub, and Asmo got annoyed when I rubbed his arm.
normal and bad reactions are tricky, bc it seems to change their moods and how they react to the next interactions. sparkle interactions are "normal" interactions, which is the mood they are in at the beginning of each interaction sequence, so if you mess up one interaction, just redo it with a heart one from the same interaction column.
For example, in this case, since you got sparkles for the first interaction with head rub; don't go on with the second interaction column, but do the first one again (head tap or face tap), then do one interaction from the second column (it won't give big hearts though).

I got big hearts when I gave Asmo a cupcake (action #2). It was a three-star sequence, he said: "Aren't you amazed by this beauty?"
Heyo! I just got a no heart reaction for Asmo's homescreen.
Dialogue - "You want more? Guess you can't help it!"
Combo - Head Tap, Head Rub, Head Rub
No Hearts - Stars for the headtap and a sweat drop for both the head rubs
Your first interaction was not one of the ones listed in the table for receiving hearts. You need to start with either "Face Rub" or "Chest Tap" for the following interactions to be effective.
Hi there, the wiki custodians came to clean up a few misconceptions.
1) there is NO shoulder area. The reason why people got different reactions for shoulders is because the game either took it as arm or chest.
2) there is NO difference between left and right.
3) Perfect interactions are ones that give big hearts, and they also have a specific sound effect. If you've seen one, it's pretty obvious what's the difference between a perfect/big heart reaction and a normal heart reaction.
4) You can only recieve 6 gifts a day after any interaction that gave 3 hearts in a row (doesn't have to include a perfect interaction)
The first two have been tested and confirmed by many people. If you still have questions regarding these two points, reply to this comment with a logical reason (why you think there's shoulders or left and right).

How do I do a high five?
The character ramdonly gives you a cue to do it if you get a 3-star win, the other way round can't be done.
Asmodeus is a masochist lol. If you whip him he'll ask you to do it again--- mood tho
one time i whipped him and he got mad at me- i think he only does that for 3 star interactions but i forgot how many stars i got
I only ever get bad reactions to punishments. How did you do that?
