Located in a safe residential upscale neighborhood, this private, recently renovated property is at the same time cozy and rustic yet upscale. With brand new items, from top-of-the-line linens, to comfy yet designer furnishings, new memory foam beds in cozy oversized bedrooms, with 5 smart hdtv's, an office/gameroom for the remote worker, XL washer/dryer, a fully stocked chefs kitchen w/ coffee bar and snacks, the coffee bar has free k-cups and to go cups for people on the go. Beautiful quiet relaxing oversized backyard that you won't find anywhere else in Vegas. Plenty of parking in a half circular driveway with RV or trailer parking available on property.

This rental is perfect for couples/families/conventioners. We want people to come RELAX and use our home as a place to unwind after visiting the strip. We are now licensed, dont worry about your reservation being cancelled by unlicensed homes.

Hot Tub♨️- only available for use from Oct.- April (extra fees apply contact host, will need atleast 2 weeks advanced notice and prepayment💵 to order propane as this property is all electric we use propane to heat the tub, guest will have to manually operate to turn on/off, directions will be in house manual).
Outdoor Covered Patio-Outdoor sectional furniture, Dining Table, Sun Loungers, Gas Grill and wood firepit, pls extinguish fire after using.
Single story no Stairs!😊 - Great for people who don't like stairs or the elderly :)

Privately operate all of our homes, they are professionally cleaned and maintained between stays, let us know if there is anything you might need during your stay.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house EXCEPT for the garage which is being used as storage, but we have a huge circular driveway, only up to 4 cars allowed on driveway pls don't park on the street. RV parking available.

Also, Tree House is OFF LIMITS for liability purposes, no climbing inside treehouse pls supervise children when in backyard, pool has no fence, anyone caught tampering with treehouse can lead to their reservation being cancelled without a refund.

By renting this property you are agreeing that Owner assumes no liability for any injuries or deaths that may occur during stay.

Other things to note
Pool CAN NOT be heated. Pool has no gates pls supervise kids.
Hot Tub can be heated only from Oct-April, ask owner if interested in heating, extra fees apply, will need 2 wks advance notice and payment, as we need to order the propane, Since propane is in a tank we do not heat up hot tub when you get there, we do not waste your gas, you will have to turn it on when you get there. Instructions on how to operate will be given, you will need to operate manually. Very easy only one button on and off.

We only provide initial supply: toiletries, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, detergent, fabric softener, paper towels, BBQ propane, etc. if you run out pls purchase.

You have access to the whole house except for the garage (being used as storage) and tree house pls keep out, anyone caught accessing will be evicted without a refund.

Indoor fireplace is not available at this time please do not use per County ordinance $500 fine imposed if used. Outdoor firepit is available but pls extinguish fire after use, we have a hose that can reach.

31 days or more - will need to sign a rental agreement and send a copy of ID.

The property has a noise monitor inside and outside the home.

Absolutely No Parties, Events or Gatherings allowed in our property. Clark county has a noise ordinance that if broken will result in a $250 per guest fine and I could lose the ability to rent to future guests. I also live in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with the neighbors on both sides and directly in front of me all being families with school aged children. Please Please be respectful to my neighbors! Guests not respecting this policy/house rules will be removed immediately with no refund.

4 Outdoor surveillance cameras installed to monitor safety and integrity of our guests. (3 in front and one in backyard).

We monitor how many guests come in. If we see you have more guests than you registered you will be charged for the extra guests, fees are $65 per person per night.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am, Pls keep outside noise to a hush during these times. No outside music allowed.

Poolman and gardener comes once a week, every Friday and Saturday respectively.

Same day bookings check-in is at 6pm and won't have hot tub access since it will be too late to order propane.

No locals - if your a local and want to book pls contact owner first before booking.

The house was lovely and smelled so fresh throughout. Loved the layout especially the master and kitchen area. Lots of space to move around, nice big patio area. Very central to everything in Vegas. Our family really enjoyed this space for our stay!

Our family with kids age 8-14 had a wonderful 7-night stay at this rental. The pool with diving board was great. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful. Very close to strip entertainment and convenient to many shopping centers and restaurants. We would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our large family. It was about a 10 minute drive onto the strip, which meant it was nice and quiet when we needed downtime. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. Bathrooms were great! And we appreciated the little touches: puzzles and board games the kids played, coffee and snacks available for adults. It wasn’t yet warm enough to swim, but I thoroughly enjoyed drinking my coffee on the porch in the mornings. Host was incredibly responsive and kind. Highly recommend this home.

We had a group of 8 and it was perfect. There was plenty of space and it was beautiful. The location is close enough to everything, the airport and the strip. The home had everything needed. Very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again
