this is ophelia, she’s a doll, i never really talk about her but
she’s one of shuri’s dolls so she can move around but the other dolls are just. kind of like robots except powered by magic instead of gears or steam or electricity or anything like that. they can move but they don’t really have much self-awareness at all. ophelia, however, seems to be more aware of herself than anything else is
stasia believes she’s fully sentient, shuri isn’t convinced but treats her as if she was either way
stasia and ophelia r in a relationship together but shuri doesn’t know that yet. i think erom’s probably figured it out but isn’t saying anything bc its not his place

I give you Milly Teel and Kris A.Giles! my first and hopefully only ocs for The Search for Henry Jekyll.Kris is a forensic pathologist that works with the metropolitan police, often crossing paths with Commissioner Carew and Inspector Utterson. From a young age this young man has had a strange fascination with corpses and the dead, which often ostracised the young lad from many others. But he showed no caring as he dove deep into his studies, cramming for both forensic sciences and pathology. Kris was once called a prodigy but kept dismissing such a term since his photographic memory was the key to his memorization skills. It was during his first assignment that he met with Milly Teel.Milly Teel is an orphan who seems to have the ability to appear and disappear when people least expect it. Her fingers have been damaged over time due to the rough work she’s had to scrape up to even get a few coins for some food. The young girl met Kris during a murder case as a key witness. After the case she seemed to follow Kris around a lot without caring what anyone whispered, must to kris’ surprise. He’s offered her time and time again to stay in his flat but by morning Milly is back on the street working for her coin. When questioned she often says “I… like to work…” and leaves it at that.
