A genuine thank you to Aunty Lynda Edwards Proud Wangkumarra/Barkindji Woman for the opportunity to chat with the Financial Counselling Australia's First Nations Working Group yesterday. It's always a humbling experience to have face to face conversations about important issues the Financial Counselling sector are working with. Yesterday, I felt deeply grateful for the space and opportunity yesterday to keep turning up for humans in Australia with the invaluable guidance from the group. I’m always open to feedback and committed to creating systemic change across large organisations. I'd be delighted to work together to drive meaningful impact. If you're a Financial Counsellor or consumer advocate and would like to provide feedback directly to me about their experience with Recoveriescorp, please feel free to schedule a chat via the below link or send me a message to work out a mutual time that suits. We're always seeking improvement opportunities and always want to celebrate success stories. Your insight and feedback supports positive change for myself, Recoveriescorp, the clients of Recoveriescorp and most important of all, vulnerable human beings. https://lnkd.in/guHxEHSn

From starting at recoveriescorp in May 2022 as a Collections Officer to being promoted to Subject Matter Expert just five months later, Rukhsaar has shown what hard work and determination can do. Her role now involves training new agents and helping leadership with reporting, where she’s able to really make an impact. What stands out about Rukhsaar? Her passion for growth. She didn’t come into this role with formal corporate experience, but her eagerness to learn and develop quickly got her where she is today. She’s now focused on sharpening her leadership skills and is excited to take on new challenges in management. According to Rukhsaar, one of the most rewarding parts of her job is seeing how her efforts directly affect the team’s success. Whether it’s training agents, optimizing processes, or supporting leadership, she’s always looking for ways to improve and drive results. Beyond work, Rukhsaar is dedicated to staying active and healthy, and she’s also got a creative side. In her downtime, you’ll find her drawing and sketching to unwind and express herself. Her dedication and achievements haven’t gone unnoticed. Rukhsaar has earned the Call Quality Champion Award twice and was named Top Gun once, and she’s just getting started. We’re lucky to have someone as driven and talented as Rukhsaar on the recoveriescorp team!
