Someone claimed that “living in Japan makes me want to die,” and went on to say that “sex crimes are rampant here.” So I asked them to provide specific, internationally comparable statistics on these so-called “rampant sex crimes,” pointing out that, as it stands, their statement seemed more like a personal opinion than anything else. In response, they blocked me. In other words, it appears they have no concrete data to support their claim.
