No infringement.
In other words, it has nothing to do with the giver.
It just "happens" to have this function.

--No more Death,Now Giver can be resurrected.
--Giver will not die across saves

这作者好快的出警，感觉他控制欲太强有种指导玩家玩游戏的感觉，而且之前b站看到好像有利用mod修改系统文件之嫌遂直接退订，个人建议想玩这mod但是又不想被作者按着头教人玩游戏的和怕被作者修改系统文件植入木马的去贴吧或其他平台下载老版mod作为本地mod安装

seeki 明确请求用户不要制作除翻译模组之外的任何模组，以避免出现这样的情况……不过，好吧，我想你随心所欲吧。

拿贴吧的话说：故事应该是由玩家谱写的，而不该是开发者拿强制代码教着我怎么写的，那些诸如鼠鼠等套用殖民者模组的种族，玩家一场游戏下来所经历的故事不比这生动？也没见人在玩法自由度上给你设限下文章啊，这反而成了殖民者要拿命去保护宠物了，宠物贵而人贱了，限制读档这种事真是令人反感，我想增强代入感我不会开铁人模式吗？用的着你拿底层机制把玩我吗，个人很不喜欢这种表达欲、指导欲极强的日式设限的味儿，但毕竟是mod，不喜欢不玩就是了，纯粹说说个人看法哈。

seeki requested users not to make anything but translation mods explicitly to avoid a mod such as this though.... but oh well, you do you I guess.
