Hotel, Registration & Exhibitor List Fraud Alert
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official registration and housing provider for ASCO Meetings and Symposia. Individuals unaffiliated with ASCO or SPARGO, Inc. may entice prospective attendees into registering and booking hotel rooms through their illegal, third-party websites. Learn how to protect yourself from fraudulent websites.
We’ve recently learned that companies are soliciting ASCO exhibitors with lists that allegedly contain ASCO attendee information. ASCO does not sell or transfer attendee information to third-parties for commercial purposes. Any message making these claims is not affiliated with ASCO and does not contain information from ASCO about its attendees. ASCO works with InFocus for mailing list sales; ASCO never sells email addresses. Please email inquiries for the official attendee list.
Be on the lookout for any suspicious emails and don’t let these third-party solicitors deceive you. For more information about ASCO’s privacy practices, please review the ASCO's Privacy Policy.
Registration Changes and Cancellations
- Cancellations:
- Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET)
- Cancellation Fee: $75
- No refunds for cancellations received after cancellation deadline.
- Changes:
- Most changes and cancellations can be made online through the registration website until the cancellation deadline. If you are currently registered to attend the meeting in person, you can change to an online-only registration and receive a refund for the difference until the cancellation deadline. If a health issue prevents you from attending in person after the cancellation deadline, contact guregistration@spargoinc.com to switch your attendance to online-only.
- If you are currently registered to attend the meeting online, you can change to an in-person registration by paying the difference between the online fee and the in-person fee. Instructions will be included in your email confirmation.
- Changes cannot be made after February 25, 2025.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed up to 8 weeks after February 9, 2025. Foundation donations, membership dues, paper processing fees, and wire transfer fees are nonrefundable.
Access to Meeting Materials
Attendees will have exclusive access to meeting content for three years following the meeting, after which the content will be available for the public to purchase.
During the meeting, attendees can navigate the meeting and access sessions through the Program Guide. After the meeting, all meeting content will be also available through the Program Guide which can be accessed using the attendee’s ASCO account login.
