Application Conditions
Only those who meet both conditions ① and ② can apply for this reception.
  • Both the applicant and the accompanying person must be members of the official fan club "Ringo Jam" annual membership course.
  • Those who have the MGA MAGICAL 10 YEARS Anniversary Best Album "10" pre-order bonus "MAGICAL CODE" for both the applicant and the companion.

Before applying for tickets
Please take note of the following points.
Please read this

Notes regarding the performance
  • Proceed in rain; canceled in bad weather.
  • Prohibition of resale for profit.
  • A ticket is required for each person aged 4 and older. Children aged 3 and under will not be admitted. Please note that ticket fees are non-refundable (age is determined as of the date of the event).
  • On the day of the performance, each person is required to bring one ticket. Please note that you will not be allowed entry for any reason if you do not have a ticket in hand.
  • If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports electronic tickets, identity verification will be conducted at a designated window on the day of the performance using a valid form of identification.
    Please ensure that both the ticket applicant and the companion bring documents that allow for identity verification, and arrive together with the ticket applicant. If identity cannot be verified, entry may be denied.
  • If the ticket applicant cannot attend, companions without smartphones will not be allowed to enter.
  • Minors are required to obtain consent from a guardian to attend. (You may be asked to present proof of age.)
  • Refunds for tickets will not be accepted unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the performance is stopped midway, there will be no refunds.
  • Depending on your seat, there may be parts of the stage or performance that are difficult to see, or the sound may be hard to hear.
    Please note that cancellations or refunds due to viewing conditions cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask that you acknowledge this before applying.
  • There may be video and audio recordings used during the performance. Please be aware that customers may appear in these recordings.
  • During the performance, you may stand in front of your own seat to enjoy the show, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on the chair.
  • If you are attending in a wheelchair or if you are a person with a physical disability wishing to view from the universal area, please contact the event inquiry office after winning your tickets and making your payment.
  • Not only tickets obtained through auctions, but also those acquired through "ticket shops," "scalpers," and "SNS" (social networking services) are all deemed to be for profit purposes and will be rendered invalid.
    *Even if an auction does not take place, the act of listing the ticket will be treated the same way. Please note that we will not refund the ticket price.
  • To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please be aware that tickets purchased from resale sites will not be valid for entry on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued for these tickets.
  • In the event that a violation is discovered, we may impose strict measures, including forced withdrawal from membership.
  • To prevent ticket resale, we may require identity verification for both the ticket applicant and their companions upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification documents when you come.
Important Notes Regarding Applications
  • Both the applicant and their companion must be members of the official fan club "Ringo Jam" (annual membership course).
  • Only the applicant and the accompanying person who registered at the time of application can issue tickets.
  • After the reception has ended, you cannot change the accompanying person registered at the time of application.
  • This performance will handle all admission tickets as electronic tickets (for smartphones: iPhone / Android). There will be no sale of paper tickets. Please check the application screen for more details.
  • This performance will issue electronic tickets for both the applicant and their companions.
  • Applications where the applicant and their companion are swapped for the same performance will be disqualified.
    Example of disqualification: July 26, 2025 (Saturday) Yamashita Pier Special Venue.
    1. Applicant A and Companion A are the same person. Companion B and Applicant B are the same person.
    2. Applicant (Representative) A + Companion B for application.
    3. Applicant (Representative) B applies with Companion A.
    All the above patterns have been unsuccessful.
  • Each member can apply for only one performance at a time. If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please submit an application for each performance separately.
    If you apply multiple times for the same performance, only the last application will be valid. If you need to make changes, please restart the application process for the relevant performance.
Pre-order Bonus: MAGICAL CODE

"MAGICAL CODE"

  • Customers who pre-order the MGA MAGICAL 10 YEARS Anniversary Best Album "10" at participating stores during the promotional period will receive a pre-order bonus called "MAGICAL CODE".
  • By reserving one item with a deposit, you will receive one "MAGICAL CODE" as a gift.
  • Please note that if you make a purchase at a non-eligible store or purchase a non-eligible product, we will not be able to provide you with a "MAGICAL CODE."
  • Please be sure to check the details about the target stores and products, etc., here.
  • The method and timing for granting 'MAGICAL CODE' vary by store.
    • Store: We will provide a paper with the "MAGICAL CODE" at the time of your reservation.

About ticket applications using 'MAGICAL CODE'

  • Applicants and companions each need one unique "MAGICAL CODE". If the applicant and the companion have the same "MAGICAL CODE", the application cannot be submitted.
  • You can apply for multiple performances with a single "MAGICAL CODE". If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please submit an application for each performance individually.
  • If you apply multiple times for the same performance using one 'MAGICAL CODE', only the last application will be valid.
  • With one application, you can apply for seat types up to your third preference.
  • If you apply multiple times for the same performance using different 'MAGICAL CODES', you will not win more than once.
  • You cannot win multiple types of seats for a single performance, but it is possible to win tickets for multiple performances. Therefore, please be sure to apply only for performances that you can pay for and attend.
  • Please be aware that if multiple individuals enter using the same 'MAGICAL CODE', all entries may be rendered invalid.
  • When applying, please ensure that you correctly enter the 'MAGICAL CODE' for both the applicant and any companions. Additionally, please keep the 'MAGICAL CODE' safe, as we plan to offer benefits beyond this application.
About the Ringo Jam Sheet
  • For this performance, entry is only permitted with tickets that have "face photo registration [required]" for the Ringo Jam seating. All attendees (both the applicant and their companions) must register their photos in advance.
  • Those who have won must register a facial photograph, including both the applicant and any accompanying persons, by the deadline.
  • Your name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, so please present it upon entry. We will verify your identity. If you cannot confirm your identity, entry will be denied for any reason.
  • If you do not have a registered facial photo, entry will be denied. Additionally, even if a facial photo is registered, you may be asked to present identification if it is difficult to verify your identity.

About the family seat
  • This is a reserved seating ticket limited to families with children aged 4 years to elementary school age on the day of the performance.
  • During the performance, you must remain seated in your designated seat. Standing to watch is not permitted.
  • Applicants (guardians) must be 20 years old or older (on the day of the performance). If applying with siblings, the applicant must be 20 years old or older (on the day of the performance) to include elementary school age or younger siblings as companions.
  • The maximum number of applications is 4, and please check the following for the possible combinations.

    • (A) 1 adult ticket, 1 child ticket (ages 4 to 12, targeting elementary school students and younger)
    • (B) 1 adult ticket, 2 children tickets (ages 4 to 12, targeting elementary school students and younger)

    • (D) 2 adult tickets, 1 child ticket (ages 4 to 12, aimed at elementary school students and younger)
    • (E) 2 adult tickets, 2 child tickets (ages 4 to 12, targeting elementary school students and younger)
  • The number of applications that can be submitted by the applicant (guardian) is limited to a maximum of 2.
  • Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter; tickets are required for those aged 4 and above.
  • Each child requires one ticket, and they must be in elementary school on the day of the performance.
  • You may be required to present proof of your child's age upon entry. Please bring items such as a health insurance card or a maternal and child health handbook that can confirm your child's age.
  • Applications cannot be made solely by minors, including the applicant.
  • Please enter together upon arrival. Entry is not permitted for adults (guardians) alone or for children alone.
    If you are unable to verify your identity or age, entry will be denied. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you are unable to enter.

    1. If you are filling out the form to enter your current address by hand, please write your current address.
    2. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, and one of the documents lists your current address, then your application is valid.
    3. Documents issued for the purpose of being submitted to another person, such as a resident's card, cannot be used as identity verification documents.
      Additionally, cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, medical cards, and commuter passes are not considered official documents for identity verification.
Important Information Regarding Your Visit
  • The Yamashita Pier special venue is an outdoor venue.
  • On the day of the performance, very high temperatures and humidity are expected. To enjoy the live event until the end, please do not overexert yourself and make sure to stay hydrated and take breaks frequently.
  • Please make sure to come prepared for the heat with a parasol, plenty of drinks, towels, a hat, salt candies, a portable fan, cooling towels, and breathable clothing.
  • The use of umbrellas, sunshades, and tall hats is permitted outside of the seating area, but please refrain from using them while seated.
  • Please come prepared with a sufficient number of large plastic bags for rain protection (you can use them to store your belongings and goods in case of rain), as well as a raincoat and rain boots.
  • If you feel any discomfort in your health, please speak to a nearby staff member or contact the first aid stations set up in various locations.
    Additionally, if you notice someone else feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to inform a nearby staff member.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding that staff will approach customers who appear to be unwell. Additionally, we may have to deny entry to the venue depending on the situation, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
  • The opening and starting times may be subject to change.
  • After the performance, we kindly ask those who have exited the venue to disperse without lingering.
  • The event is scheduled to end at 21:00. After the event, a regulated exit is planned, which may take up to 120 minutes. We kindly ask everyone to check their transportation options in advance.
    Additionally, to avoid significant congestion in nearby public transportation, we plan to provide guidance for routes aimed at dispersing attendees to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (Negishi Line), Yokohama City Subway, and Yokohama Minatomirai Line.
    As congestion is expected, please be aware that it may take longer than usual to reach the station after exiting the venue.
  • There is no parking available for customers. Please use public transportation when visiting.
  • Please refrain from illegal parking and street parking.
  • Parking and stopping near the venue is not allowed. Please refrain from car drop-offs and pick-ups.
